What is the difference between Coaching & Consulting?
Of course we know that those two has different duty for enhancing
the level of company.
I borrowed concept of 'Integral Business diagram' devised by Ken Wilber.
(but I devised the content myself)
As coach knows that people has 'Potential', coach gives Question.
By the strong question, people can be changed and upgraded by themselves
and that makes the coaching more effective.
